We are delighted to announce the finalists for the 2019 Palliative Care in Queensland Awards. The independent, interstate judging panel faced a difficult task to shortlist the finalists from an outstanding field of nominations this year. The list of achievements of each of these finalists is extraordinary and we hope you will be able to join us at the Awards Dinner on December 1 to celebrate their success.
