Workplace giving enables employees to make donations from their pre-tax salary. And, like other forms of salary packaging, the donation gives employees a tax benefit by reducing their taxable income

The process is simple

Once a regular contribution is set up, employees can choose how much they want to donate to Palliative Care Queensland each pay cycle. Employers are also able to match employee contributions through workplace matching. Contact PCQ directly to discuss this in more detail.

A relationship of mutual support

PCQ can provide a dedicated workplace giving coordinator to assist you through the process and undertake surveys to assess the workplace giving appetite amongst your employees. We’ll refer you to an external payroll platform specifically for workplace giving and give bi-annual updates on donation impact and employee participation.
